Our first ever Christmas card making event was held last Sunday at the Party Central a.k.a Melba's place. While we listened to Christmas classics interpreted by 'N Sync and Boyz II Men to name a few, we dove into our collective pile of glitters, snowflake stamps, pretty papers, festive confetti and other equally awesome card making essentials. With the right mood set, creative juices flowed (and at times ebbed), laughter ensued, joints ached, and glitters were spilled. After about 4 hours of crafting, we paused for cocoa with marshmallows, cookies and other goodies. We also played stimulating rounds of quiz
games and Rock Band, and learned how to make origami frogs from Sam. A fun time was had by all! Highly
recommended party theme.
