The joys of parenting

I just found something that particularly warmed my heart: it is a letter from the "tooth fairy", in which my mother tries to disguise her handwriting and actually draws a diagram of a happy healthy tooth versus an unhealthy one.

It goes:

Dear Jennifer,

I sure thought that all your baby teeth were gone. What a surprise! I'm sure glad you didn't eat that molar since it's pretty tiny for a crusher. (hahaha - tooth fairy humour). (It's been a long night.) So anyways, keep brushing, remember to floss and good luck with your braces, whenever you get them!
